Find the essential arrival and departure information for your stay with Golds Cornish Holidays in Hayle, Cornwall, including check-in and check-out times, property access, keys and your responsibilities before leaving your accommodation.
What Time Is Check-In?
Unless otherwise agreed, check-in is available from 2:00pm on the day of your arrival.
Please do not attempt to access your holiday accommodation before the agreed check-in time unless alternative arrangements have been confirmed with us.
This allows sufficient time for the property to be cleaned and prepared between guests.
How Do I Access My Holiday Property?
Your check-in information, key collection details or access codes will be provided before your arrival.
Please follow the instructions supplied for your individual accommodation, as the arrival process may differ between properties.
Looking After Your Keys
Guests are responsible for keeping property keys safe throughout their stay.
If keys are lost or an emergency locksmith is required because of guest negligence, the associated costs will be chargeable.
What Time Is Check-Out?
Unless otherwise agreed, guests must check out by 9:30am on the day of departure.
Leaving on time allows our team to prepare the accommodation properly for the next guests.
Late departures may result in additional charges where they delay cleaning or affect incoming guests.
What Should I Do Before Checking Out?
Before leaving your accommodation, we ask that you:
- Leave the property clean and tidy
- Wash your dishes or load the dishwasher
- Dispose of rubbish correctly
- Return furniture to its original position
- Make sure you have collected your personal belongings
- Secure the property when leaving
- Follow the instructions provided for returning keys
Additional cleaning charges may apply where excessive cleaning is required after departure.
What If I Have a Problem During My Stay?
If you experience a problem with your accommodation, please report it as soon as possible during your stay.
Reporting an issue immediately gives us the opportunity to investigate and, where possible, resolve it while you are still at the property.
Waiting until after departure may limit our ability to investigate or resolve the problem.
What Happens to Items Left Behind?
Where practical, lost property will be held for up to 28 days.
If you would like an item returned, you will be responsible for the associated postage and packaging costs.
Items that remain unclaimed after this period may be disposed of.
